Using SQL Server Management Studio Like shown picture above, just right click Tables on the HOSPITAL database tree, choose New Table. Then it will appear 3 columns for create new table. Just fill the columns, field/column name, data type and don't forget if you want to not allow nulls you have to type default value for your field/column. If it's done click Save Button on Toolbar or click menu File-Save. 2.
